All orders placed through our shop are subject to acceptance by J&J Aggregates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices displayed on the website are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. Payment must be made in full before delivery is arranged, either by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

Delivery is arranged at a time mutually agreed between the customer and J&J Aggregates. The customer must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery and inspect goods upon arrival. Damage or loss during transit should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery has been completed.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if products are unused and in original condition. Customers must contact us to arrange a return and obtain authorisation before sending goods back. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving returned items in acceptable condition. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the fault lies with J&J Aggregates.
