Returns & Refunds Policy At J&J Aggregates Ltd
We aim to supply high-quality products and ensure every order arrives as expected. Due to the nature of our products, please read the following carefully before placing your order. Checking Your Order on Delivery All goods must be checked at the point of delivery. If there are any issues with your order (including damage, incorrect items, or quality concerns), you must reject the delivery at the time it arrives and clearly inform the driver of the issue. Once goods have been accepted and the delivery has been completed, we are unable to accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
• Refuse the delivery
• Contact us immediately with details and photos (where possible)We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind / Unwanted ItemsDue to the nature of our products (including bulk bags, loose materials, and heavy goods), we do not accept returns once items have been delivered and accepted.
This is because:
• Products cannot be resold once delivered
• Materials may be contaminated or altered after delivery
Natural Product DisclaimerMany of our products are natural materials (e.g. stone, gravel, aggregates), meaning:
• Colour, size, and texture may vary
• Products may appear different when wet or dryThese natural variations are not considered faults.
Access & Delivery ResponsibilityIt is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
• Suitable access for delivery vehicles
• A safe and appropriate location for unloadingIf delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a charge may still apply.
RefundsRefunds will only be issued where:
• Goods are rejected at delivery due to damage or error
• We are unable to fulfil your orderRefunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
