We deliver Monday - Friday. Delivery for bulk bags is via a 18 tonne Hiab lorry which is 12 meters long 4 meters high and 3 meters wide. Delivery made off the side of the lorry only and up to 8 meters from kerbside. Any deliveries made off the main highway will be completed at customers own risk and liability.

Pre-orders close every Tuesday at 1pm. Orders placed before this cut-off are delivered within 2–3 working days (typically Thursday or Friday the same week).
Orders placed after the Tuesday 1pm cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the following week. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in these cases.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery and contact us straight away — we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.Once goods have been accepted, we're unable to accept returns due to the nature of bulk materials.
