We deliver Monday - Friday. Delivery for bulk bags is via a 18 tonne Hiab lorry which is 12 meters long 4 meters high and 3 meters wide. Delivery made off the side of the lorry only and up to 8 meters from kerbside. Any deliveries made off the main highway will be completed at customers own risk and liability.

Some of our products are available on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not currently held in stock at our yard but will be specially ordered in for you.
Pre-orders typically take up to 10 working days from the date of order. We’ll keep you updated throughout and confirm your delivery or collection as soon as your order arrives.If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery and contact us straight away — we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.Once goods have been accepted, we're unable to accept returns due to the nature of bulk materials. Please note that natural variations in colour, size, and texture are not considered faults.
