We deliver Monday - Friday. Delivery for bulk bags is via a 18 tonne Hiab lorry which is 12 meters long 4 meters high and 3 meters wide. Delivery made off the side of the lorry only and up to 8 meters from kerbside. Any deliveries made off the main highway will be completed at customers own risk and liability.

Pre-orders close every Tuesday at 1pm. Orders placed before this cut-off are delivered within 2–3 working days (typically Thursday or Friday the same week).
Orders placed after the Tuesday 1pm cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the following week. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in these cases.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery and contact us straight away — we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.Once goods have been accepted, we're unable to accept returns due to the nature of bulk materials. Please note that natural variations in colour, size, and texture are not considered faults.
